Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 packets dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 30 oz. canned green beans, drained
  • 24 oz. bite-size potatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Drain the canned green beans and cut the bite-size potatoes in half if not already done. Set aside.
  2. Layer Ingredients in Crockpot: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Sprinkle both packets of the dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken and broth.
  3. Add Vegetables: Add the drained green beans and halved potatoes on top of the chicken and soup mix, spreading evenly to cover.
  4. Cook: Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve: Once cooked, gently stir the mixture to combine the flavors. Serve warm as a complete meal.
